Dawtek is proud to announce we have been awarded a "Highly Recommended" score for customer service excellence in the Business & Technical Writing category from the Australian Achiever Awards 2011.
Now into its fourteenth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system, based on assessment ratings from a business's own customers - an indication of a well-run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy and worthy of praise.
A Highly Recommended status is awarded to all businesses that achieve an 80% plus score from independent customer surveys. The business receives a benchmark feedback score based on their separate results regarding Timeliness, Attitude, Client Needs, Communication, Value, Care, Overall Perception, Strengths/Weaknesses and Referral. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is a reflection of these. Anything over 80% is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service. Dawtek's score was 97.56%.
