Kristine Daw - Managing Director

With over 14 years experience as a professional writer and editor in the technical and business writing arena, Kristine formed Dawtek in 2004, and has developed it into an extremely productive and sought after tender writing, editing and consulting services business.

A strategic thinker, highly skilled in writing and editing business and technical documentation, Kristine is accustomed to performing in deadline-driven environments, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. Kristine holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Applied Science, Computer and Mathematical Sciences and a Diploma in Freelance Journalism. She is also a Microsoft Certified Professional 2000, which backs up her considerable technical expertise.

Kristine has worked in various roles and capacities, including technical writer, web copy writer, business analyst, editor, tender writer and project manager, for large and small companies. A talented writer, with a keen eye for detail and commitment, Kristine's skill in developing successful tender submissions was pivotal in the decision to set up her own company.

Over the past 6 years, Kristine has established a solid client base which includes small – medium business, large corporate and local and state government entities. With over 70 clients, and 90% with repeat business, Dawtek's projects encompass small writing and editing jobs to ongoing assignments with large corporate and government entities.
